The green tinted children of Mars, including a very young Pia Zadora, are depressed and will only watch earth TV. The Martians with their antenna-spouting helmets decide the way to fix this is by kidnapping Santa from Earth. The conflict between pro-Santa martian Kimar and anti-Santa Voldar develops and Voldar actually plans to kill Santa and remove any sign of Christmas from Mars.
