Ronald Reagan… Talking about UFOs and alien threats to the UN and highschoolers, introducing the public to the Strategic Defense Initiative (Star Wars) program, Reagan is on record having said he had seen at least two UFOs himself. Ronald Reagan’s daughter Patti Davis described her father as “fascinated with stories about unidentified flying objects and the possibility of life on other worlds.”

This is a weird one that hit the news hard enough to make Larry King and then faded into the background really quick.

Stan Romanek shot the video and has been holding it since July 2003, claiming its being used in a documentary and that scientist are studying it.

Then on Larry King, it comes out the above video was made by some guy named Mathew Baxter who claims to have seen the original at a conference in Denver, and this isn’t the Romanek video. Why would Baxter go thru the trouble of debunking Romanek’s video like this?

Then throw in Jeff Peckman, who is trying to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission to prepare for visits from extraterrestrials and is using this publicity. The video is to be included in the upcoming documentary to be released later in 2008 and he is using the press to get enough signatures to get this ‘Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission’ on a Denver ballot.

So somewhere we have the real Romanek video and this unnamed docuementary. Meanwhile we have fakes of the video and Jeff Peckman’s ‘Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission’.

NASA astronaut (once an astronaut, always a astronaut in my book) says Aliens have made contact and the information is being covered up by governments for over 60 years.

Dr Edgar Mitchell, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering and a Doctor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics and veteran of the Apollo 14 mission explained to the Kerrang! radio host Nick Margerrison that “we’ve been visited on this planet and the UFO phenomena is real.”

Mitchell describes them as looking like the standard ‘greys’, “little people who look strange to us”, small frames, large heads and large eyes.

“I’ve been in military and intelligence circles, who know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge, yes - we have been visited. Reading the papers recently, it’s been happening quite a bit.”

“It’s been well covered up by all our governments for the last 60 years or so, but slowly it’s leaked out and some of us have been privileged to have been briefed on some of it.”

“I’ve been in military and intelligence circles, who know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge, yes - we have been visited. Reading the papers recently, it’s been happening quite a bit.”

NASA’s response was predicable.

“Dr Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinions on this issue.”

Faceless weirdos have been sighted at some A-list celebrity only parties around the UK in the past couple months, including Elton John’s White tie ball and Wimbledon.

I for one welcome our faceless space brothers and sisters.
